Job Description

• Community Management: Build a team of moderators for our communities on Discord and Telegram and build more community channels; investigate & solve user issues; ensure guidelines are followed.
• Communications: Review and publish user impact statements; updates to our Ambassadors; Internal escalations & Team briefings.
• AMAs: End to end ownership of AMAs and other community conversational programs
• User Advocacy: Test new product features prior to release; Gather User feedback; Research rival wallet products for ways to improve what we are building.
• Educational Content: Create & update user guides; FAQs & Wikis; instructional content for Leap products and events

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as Community Manager / Moderator / Spokesperson
• Discord Expertise, preferably as a Moderator or an Ambassador for a DeFi project
• Advanced DeFi User experience, and active involvement in crypto communities
• Highly empathetic & professional, even under stress
• Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• A portfolio of published ‘User Guide’ articles / blogs is a plus
• Video production and editing skills for creating Educational Content is a plus
• Familiarity with the web3 ecosystem is a plus
