Lead our end-to-end product design efforts in our mission to build the best ever consumer crypto product experience. You will build and scale our design team and manage the entire product suite - Chrome extension and mobile apps on various chains.

Ideal Candidate :

• 4-8 years experience designing consumer products in high growth environments, can think at a high level about product strategy but also be hands-on as required and act with speed & precision, can drive strong culture.
• Expertise and/or formal education in design and its elements of hierarchy, layout, color, proportion, balance, typography
• A strong portfolio demonstrating their passion for the craft through engaging site work, JS experiments, CodePen pens, design systems, or anything else
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, web frameworks
• Experience with building teams and design systems (preferably at a consumer startup)
• Thrives within a cross-discipline team in a remote environment
• Has knowledge and experience in the blockchain/web3 space
